I am an artist and also a musician, so those two fields kinda influence me a lot. Sometimes a really good song can inspire me to do an artwork, or looking at a beautiful painting might inspire me to make a piano piece for it
I always love Korean artists and their style. It's simply awesome. The first artist that striked me with his artwork is Hyung Tae Kim ( Magna Carta, Blade & Soul ) . Since then I always find it inspiring to look at Korean paintings. They are awesome. KUKUEM has a "softer" style than Hyung Tae Kim ( no exaggerated proportion of anatomy) and more vibrant color. She is also his wife. What a nice artist-couple!
Without Nobuo Uematsu and his Final Fantasy series, I would not become a musician today and Joe Hisaishi just strengthened it with his Ghibli songs. They are masters and also my inspiring teacher. I have learned a lot from them. I wish I can meet them someday
Thomas Bergersen ( or Two Steps From Hell ) is a master in epic/blockbuster/action music. His albums are simply awesome. I painted this while listening to his song called "Breathe" chaosringen.deviantart.com/art… . Nhut Nguyen ( Nguyễn Quang Nhựt ) , is by far my number one artist in my country ( personal taste) , also my teacher. I always look up to him and his beautiful paintings ( mostly girls) inspired me a lot. lai.carbonmade.com/ . Kekai Kotaki and Feng Zhu are the masters of concept art. I had a chance to attend their workshop last year and it just blew my mind. I even took a photo with them! It's awesome! kekai.cghub.com/ lovecacao is another Korean artist with awesome paintings of bitches. You will love them for sure. lovecacao.cghub.com/
Lastly, though never played it before, I love the character designs in Lineage II. I heard it's a good game too.
Thank you for reading thus far, HAPPY PAINTING!
